By accessing or using PastaWater ("Service"), located at pastawater.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

PastaWater is a YouTube analytics dashboard that allows you to:

• View your YouTube channel statistics (subscribers, views, videos)
• Track multiple YouTube channels in one dashboard
• Monitor historical trends of your channel performance
• Access YouTube Analytics data (with appropriate permissions)

Our Service provides read-only access to your YouTube data. We do not modify, upload, or delete any content on your YouTube channel.

4.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account using your email address or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Requirements

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

5.1 OAuth Authorization

When you connect your YouTube channel, you authorize us to access your YouTube data through Google OAuth 2.0. You can revoke this authorization at any time through:

• Your PastaWater account settings
• Your Google Account Security Settings

5.2 Data Usage

We access your YouTube data solely to provide the analytics dashboard service. We do not:

• Share your data with third parties
• Use your data for advertising
• Modify your YouTube content
• Access data beyond what you authorize

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PastaWater and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

YouTube data and branding are the property of Google LLC and YouTube LLC.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of data

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PastaWater shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Any other intangible losses

While we strive to display accurate information, the analytics data shown in our Service is obtained from YouTube API Services and may be subject to:

• Delays in data availability
• Discrepancies with YouTube Studio
• API limitations and rate limits

We recommend verifying critical data directly in YouTube Studio.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PastaWater operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
